Legacy Analytics

The new analytics are really poor!Why can we not create tables based off our own custom response sets - it practically makes the analytics functionless for me now - extremely disappointing considering the legacy format allowed for easier summarising of audit data.I have attempted the Legacy to New to replicate what i had and it really does not work. I have even discussed this at length with a customer service advisor who has basically told me - it cant be done.Has anyone had any success in managing to obtain more meaningful analytics??

Analytics Dashboard FilteringOpen

Further Filtering of Individual Charts by a site location. IE I have a contract with a company to manage two separate sites, to manage the KPI targets I have created a dashboard showing all completed inspections over those two sites. However I can’t filter charts down to a specific site.One Template is completed over both sites, however i need to report on each site and set a KPI target separately for each site. Any Ideas ?

SafetyCulture Buffering and Not Saving Responses

Hello,We've been experiencing ongoing performance issues with SafetyCulture for some time now. The platform frequently buffers, takes a long time to save team member responses, and occasionally fails to save them at all.Our team members are trained to use SafetyCulture via Google Chrome on Microsoft Surface Pro tablets, accessing the platform through the web.While clearing cookies and cache offers a temporary fix, the issue keeps recurring. Is there a more permanent solution available?Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

SafetyCulture Buffering and Not Saving Responses

We have made several attempts at creating a template to conduct Job Safety Analysis but each has had a “Fatal Flaw” in that if a User creates a JSA with numerous steps, but a reviewer finds that there is a step missing, there is no way to go back an insert a step. IE You have 12 steps in “Changing a Car Tire”, but the creator forgot “Loosen Lug Nuts” between step 3 and step 4…. On Review, the supervisor notices the missing step, but none of the template we have tried allow for the insertion of a missed step… so the only way to correct the JSA is to start over… GIANT TIME WASTER so the crew (and staff) don’t want to use it…. Anyone found a solution? I have been asking Safety Culture for 2 years… we REALLY need a JSA Module in Safety Culture.

New page - repeatable question

Hi, I am trying to address formatting issues in my final reports to clients. I use repeatable sections a lot, and I was wondering if it is possible to open each repetition of a set of questions on a new page? The repeated question block exists already on its own page, but each repeatable instance opens directly underneath the previous instance.

Scanning Inspection QR Codes

We are currently rolling out Safety Culture at our company. Primarily we will be using the Inspections tool. I’ve developed multiple single-point-lessons (w/ QR codes) for various inspections. I’m finding that some folks scan the QR codes upon receipt of the single-point-lessons with the intention to just see what happens vs actually wanting to complete an inspection. There ends up being an abundance of initiated inspections without our system that are not “complete” (in progress). Is there a way to avoid this and having to archive and delete unwanted inspections?

Buffering and training matrix

I asked if anyone was still suffering with SC buffering a few days ago. It still appears to be an issue. On top of that, I tried to add some users into groups using the matrix. After buffering for a few seconds, it fails. A colleague checked in her account and got the same result.
